1. Placing an order
To purchase a product from our store:-
- Add the product(s) you wish to purchase to the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout.
- Enter your contact and shipping details.
- Select the shipping method and continue to payment method.
- Select your preferred payment provider, enter your payment details and select your billing address.
- Once your order and payment are processed we will send you a confirmation email or text message.
- We will notify you when your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
If you are unsure about which item to order, we are more than happy to assist in helping customers to choose a suitable item and offer a number of services as part of this process.
If you wish to place a large order, please contact us to discuss prior to ordering.
2. Order Processing & Shipping
Once your order has been processed and received at our warehouse we will dispatch your package within 1-2 working days.
If your item is not in stock with the supplier we will be able to place a back order and the item will be shipped to us as soon as the item becomes available. Please note that wig brands will provide an estimated wait time for back orders. These times are not guaranteed and can be subject to change.

2.1 Shipping/Delivery Cost
A shipping/delivery charge will be added to your order at the time of purchase.
Shipping/delivery charges are determined by the weight and size of the package and the country of destination. The total cost will be calculated and will be displayed at the checkout.
If your delivery address is not covered by our preset prices for UK Royal Mail or UPS service, we will be able to provide a quote for delivery if you contact us and let us know your delivery address and which products you are looking to purchase. If you accept our quote we will send you an invoice with the quoted delivery price.
For customers in the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand who wish to purchase Jon Renau products there is a drop shipping option where the product can be posted to you direct from Jon Renau. Please contact us for further information.
For customers in the USA and Canada who wish to purchase Belle Tress products there is a drop shipping option where the product can be posted to you direct from Belle Tress. Please contact us for further information.
For customers in the USA and Canada who wish to purchase Estetica Designs products there is a drop shipping option where the product can be posted to you direct from Estetica Designs. Please contact us for further information.
Kristina Young Hair Additions cannot accept any liability for products lost or damaged in transit.
The price paid for shipping on orders covers one shipment. If your order includes multiple items and some need to be placed on back order with the suppliers, we will contact you to ask if you would like to have all the items shipped together once they are all in stock or if you would like to have in stock items shipped first and back ordered items shipped once when are in stock. If you choose to have all items shipped together your order will be dispatched once we have all of the items from your order in stock. If you choose to have back ordered items shipped later we will contact you once those items have come in stock and ask you which shipping service you prefer. We will then issue you with an invoice for the shipping cost. Once this has been paid we will dispatch your back ordered items.
2.2 Delivery Times
From the day your order is shipped:-
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed (U.K) – Next working day by 1pm. This is a tracked and signed for service.
Royal Mail Signed For First Class (U.K) – 1-2 working days.
Please note this is not a tracked service.
Royal Mail Signed For Second Class (U.K): 2-3 working days.
Please note this is not a tracked service.
UPS packages going to Europe will be delivered within 2-5 business days.
UPS packages going to countries outside of Europe will delivered in 3-7 business days.
Royal Mail International packages going to Europe or countries outside of Europe - Delivery time depends on the country.
Please note the international 'Signed For' service is not tracked.
UPS may charge additional fees for addresses in 'extended areas' (long distance and remote areas). Should this apply to your address we will contact you prior to shipping to advise of the additional cost. When the additional cost has been paid your order will be shipped.
Kristina Young Hair Additions cannot accept any liability for products lost or damaged in transit.
Royal Mail domestic and international options shown at the checkout will show the amount of insurance cover in GBP for each option.
If you want to insure the contents for the full amount of your order you must select the relevant postage option.
UPS prices at the checkout include insurance cover for the total amount of your order in GBP.

2.3 Duty & Customs
We cannot estimate customs and import duties relevant to countries outside of the UK. If an import duty/tax is to be paid before your customs authorities release the goods to you, it is your responsibility to pay this. Kristina Young Hair Additions cannot be held responsible for customs charges or the time it takes for packages to clear the customs process in your country.
If you (the customer) refuses to pay the relevant import/duty tax and the package is then returned to us, this will be treated as an unauthorised return.
3. Returns, Order Cancellations & Refunds
Due to hygiene reasons, wigs, hair toppers and other hair additions cannot be accepted as returns due to the risk of cross infection from scalp/hair/skin between persons.
This is for hygiene and health protection reasons for both yourself and others. This is in accordance with current UK law.
For the reasons above we also cannot offer exchanges.
Quality control checks are carried out by the manufacturer and Kristina Young Hair Additions on all our wigs, toppers and hair additions prior to dispatch.
Wig/topper/hair piece manufacturers can allow for a 5-10% variance in density, weight, colour distribution and wave pattern between pieces, particularly when elements of the piece have been hand made/hand tied during production.
All stock clearance items are final sale and non-returnable.
The following items are also non-returnable and non-refundable: Special orders, customised items, exchanged items, care products and accessories, colour rings (unless borrowed under the loan program), and orders delivered to countries outside of the UK (including drop shipped items).
Should you feel your item is faulty or please contact us with your order number and the details of your concern.
The manufacturer may wish to have the item returned to them for inspection.
Kristina Young Hair Additions will act as a third party to return the item to the manufacturer.
Should a return be authorised by the manufacturer, Kristina Young Hair Additions reserves the right to charge a £30 fee per wig/ hairpiece/item for the cost of return to the manufacturer.
If upon receipt and inspection the manufacturer deems the item to be faulty they will advise us how they can resolve the problem – either by replacement or refund. Should a refund be issued Kristina Young Hair Additions will refund the customer order and refund the return fee, minus any incurred fees / duties.
If upon receipt and inspection the manufacturer concludes that the item is not faulty the item will be returned to us. Kristina Young Hair Additions will then return the item to the customer and the return fee will not be refunded.
Clips that become loose or detached is not unusual and is not considered a defect. The clips are meant to detach so that the clips can be moved or changed, or the piece can be bonded with adhesives, which is very common in hair replacement pieces. Many wearers prefer to move the clips around based on their attachment needs/comfort. Clips can be stitched back on at home or by a professional who offers this service.
Authorised Return Procedure
If we authorise a return of a wig/topper/hair addition then it must not have been changed in any way, including – hair/fibres combed, brushed or styled; parting altered; cap size altered; clips opened.
Once we have authorised a return, the item must be returned to us within 7 calendar days from the date we sent the authorisation.
Once we have received a returned item we will carry out a check on the item to see whether it is in the same condition as when it was shipped out from our warehouse. If we determine that the returned item is not in the same condition as when it was shipped out from our warehouse we will send an email to provide an explanation as to why we have not been able to authorise a return or refund. We will offer to return the item to the customer with the postage cost being covered by the customer. (Items will be returned using a service that requires a signature on delivery.)
Any items or orders authorised for refund, the refund will be issued by us within 14 calendar days of authorisation.
IMPORTANT - Unauthorised returns are prohibited
Should an unauthorised return be made, subject to the sender being identified, the sender will be contacted and offered the opportunity to have their item returned. All costs incurred during the unauthorised return procedure are the responsibility of the purchaser/sender, and Kristina Young Hair Additions are not liable for any costs incurred. Should the sender not make contact within 7 calendar days, or should there be no way of contact - items are held for a maximum of 7 calendar days before being restocked/returned to supplier/disposed of.
As per distance selling regulations, and online sales regulations in the UK/EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from purchase (unless the item has been received before the end of the 14 day period).
It is not possible to cancel custom made items and special order items.
Order cancellations will be actioned by us within 7 calendar days of receiving the cancellation request.
Once we have issued a refund, it can take up to 10 business days to be deposited into your account or to show on your bank/card statement.
Once the product is received and opened (it becomes non-refundable/returnable due to the risk of skin to skin cross-infection. This is in keeping with legislation regarding products concerning hygiene and health, in accordance with existing law. The packaging as the customer receives it is considered to be the hygiene seal. As soon as the package is opened - the outer packaging/box is considered a seal, when opened the seal is broken, and the item is not fit for return. These are terms and conditions that cannot be changed.
Kristina Young Hair Additions guarantee that brand new items purchased from us will never have been worn by someone else.
Some clearance items may have been tried on over a closed wig cap. We will always include this information in the product listing on our website.
The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
Part 3 - Right To Cancel : Section 28, Paragraph 3 states:
"(3) The rights conferred by this Part cease to be available in the following circumstances—
(a)in the case of a contract for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery"
We recommend that prior to placing an order you contact us with any questions so that we can assist you in selecting a product that best suits your needs and requirements.
We recommend prior to cancelling your order that you discuss any concerns with us to see if there is something we can assist with.
4. Special Offers, Discount Codes and Promotions
Discount codes are limited to one use per customer.
Discount codes cannot be used when purchasing stock clearance items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
Discount opportunities are generated at different times of the year and can occur at any time. Influences such as stock fluidity and brand promotions contribute towards this. As per many retailers, these are not always advertised in advance.

7.0 Topper Rental Service - Terms & Conditions
If your topper of choice is available we will post it out within 1-2 working days using the Royal Mail Signed For service.
If your topper of choice is currently being rented out to another customer we will contact you to advise when it will next be available.
You can check availability with us before placing an order.
The maximum amount of toppers customers can rent at one time is two.
Rental toppers must be posted back to us no later than 9 calendar days after it arrived at the customers delivery address (we will track the package). You (the customer) are responsible for covering the cost of the return postage and we do not reimburse you for this. The return postage service must be signed for option.
Rental toppers must be returned to us in the boxes they were sent in.
Any accessories and care products included with the rental must be returned to us.
Once we receive the rental topper back and have verified that the topper has had not suffered any damage since it was dispatched to you, we will refund your deposit minus the rental fee within 5 working days (Monday-Friday).
If you would like to use the balance owed to you towards the purchase of a topper we can create an invoice for your order. You can contact us to arrange this.
If the rental topper has not been posted back to us after the ninth calendar day (after it was received), it will be yours to keep and we will retain the full deposit paid.
If when the topper is returned to us we determine some damage has occurred, we will retain the full deposit to cover our restocking cost.
