Virtual Consultations

Here at Kristina Young Hair Additions I offer virtual consultation services to help you through the process of choosing your hair addition.

I am happy to offer video consultations using Zoom or FaceTime but I understand that some people may feel nervous about doing this. I also offer telephone consultations.

The first step is to contact me to discuss your requirements and ideas.

Prior to your consultation it is really helpful if you can provide photos of your own hair taken from all angles- front, sides, back and top. This will help to give me an idea of what your needs are and to create a shortlist of potential products to meet those needs. Photos taken in natural daylight will give the best representation of your hair colour. I understand that this may be difficult for some people due to the feelings associated with hair loss. I can promise you complete discretion and that your photos would not be shared with any other person. 

One other option is to post a small cutting of your own hair to me which will enable me to find a suitable colour match, although I do understand that many will not want to lose any more of their hair. This is a personal choice and I would never encourage someone to do this unless they were completely comfortable with it.

Whichever method of consultation you prefer I will respect your decision. I want your consultation to be as comfortable as possible for you. Once I have all the information that you have been comfortable to share with me I will respond to you with suggestions of styles and colours that I believe would be suitable for your requirements.
