Here at Kristina Young Hair Additions our online operations are still running We are still receiving and fulfilling orders through our online store. It may take us longer than usual to process orders and respond to customer enquiries due to the extra work we are putting in to getting your hair to you.
We are still shipping orders using the Royal Mail and UPS services. We have added the UPS service to our UK postage options.
Orders may take longer than usual to be fulfilled as some the wig brands and suppliers are experiencing a backlog in production and transportation times, especially with human hair due a short supply across the industry.
There are currently many items on long back orders. If your item is currently out of stock and you are keen to get that item, we recommend keeping it on back order so that you have a place in line and it's shipped to us as soon as it becomes available. If you don't have an item on back order there is a risk that the item will sell out fast with the supplier as soon as they get back in stock.
Courier services are also experiencing delays at times, so your package may take longer than usual to reach you once it has been shipped.
Please be assured that all products are being handled hygienically, as they always are, but we are now taking extra precautions. Our company policy is a health and hygiene protection for both yourself and others.
