SERVICE UPDATE - COVID-19

 

Here at Kristina Young Hair Additions our online operations are running normally. We are still receiving and fulfilling orders through our online store.

 

Orders may take a little longer to be fulfilled as some wig brands and suppliers are experiencing a backlog in their production times. Courier services are also experiencing delays at times, so your package may take longer than usual to reach you once it has been shipped. We will keep all our customers updated on the status of their orders.

 

We are still shipping orders using the Royal Mail and UPS services. We have added the UPS service to our UK postage options. 

 

Please be assured that all products are being handled hygienically, as they always are, but we are now taking extra precautions. Our company policy is a health and hygiene protection for both yourself and others.

Here at Kristina Young Hair Additions we endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. We appreciate that there can be anticipation and excitement when expecting your ‘Hair Mail’!

 

The time it takes for your order to be processed and shipped depends on the item ordered, where the supplier is based and whether the item is in stock or a special order. Once we have received your item at Kristina Young Hair Additions HQ we can ship your order out to you in 1-2 working days.

 

If your item is not in stock with the supplier we will be able to place a back order and the item will be shipped to us as soon as the item becomes available. Please note that wig brands will provide an estimated wait time for back orders. These times are not guaranteed and can be subject to change. 

 

If your item is a special order will be able to provide you with an estimated processing time.

 

Items purchased during pre-sale periods will be shipped to us from the supplier following the advertised launch date. 

 

At times we may have excess or clearance items in stock which can be shipped out within 1-2 working days.

 

If you are suffering from a weakened immune system (ie- due to chemotherapy treatment) and have specific hygiene requirements as how your hair addition should be handled, please contact us to discuss this. 

 

 

Jon Renau/easiHair products are a U.S based company and we place our order with them once a week. Shipping time from Jon Renau to us is 3-5 working days. For customers in the U.S.A, Canada, Australia and New Zealand there in an option to have to these products shipped to you directly from Jon Renau. Please contact our Customer Help Desk for further information.

 

Ellen Wille are based in Germany and we place our order with them once a week. Shipping time for in stock items from Ellen Wille to us is 4-5 working days.

 

Gisela Mayer are based in Germany and we place our order with them once a week. Shipping time from Gisela Mayer to us is 4-5 working days.

 

Raquel Welch are a U.S based company and have a warehouse in the U.K which stocks some of their products. Most products need to be ordered from the U.S.A and we will be able to provide an estimated wait time on these items. 

 

Rene of Paris/Noriko/Amore/Gem/Sentoo/Trendco/Ellen Wille Stimulate products are stocked in the U.K and in stock items can be shipped to us 2-3 working days.

 

Hairdo are a U.S based company and have a supplier in the UK which stocks some their products. Most products need to be ordered from the U.S.A and we will be able to provide an estimated wait time on these items.

 

Gabor are a U.S based company and have a supplier in the U.K which stocks some of their products. Most products needs to ordered from the U.S.A and we will be able to provide an estimated wait time on these items.

 

Belle Tress are a U.S based company and we place our order with them once a week. Shipping time from Belle Tress to us is 3-5 working days. For customers in the U.S.A there is an option to have to these products shipped to you directly from Belle Tress. Please contact our Customer Help Desk for further information.

 

Estetica Designs are U.S based company and we place our order with them once a week. Shipping time from Estetica to us is 3-5 working days for in-stock items.

 

Our exclusive Kristina Young LOVE & PIECE care products are usually in stock and will be shipped out together with your hair addition. If you are only ordering these products then we can ship them out to you in 1-2 working days. 

 

Accessories are usually in stock with us and can be shipped out to you in 1-2 working days. 

 

If you would like us to fast track your order this will require an additional cost. Please contact us we will be able to provide further information.

 

 

Delivery Times

From the day your order is shipped:- 

 

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed (U.K) – Next working day by 1pm. This is a tracked and signed for service. 

 

Royal Mail Signed For First Class (U.K) – 1-2 working days.

Please note this is not a tracked service.

 

Royal Mail Signed For Second Class (U.K): 2-3 working days.

Please note this is not a tracked service.

 

UPS packages going to Europe will be delivered within 2-5 business days.

 

UPS packages going to countries outside of Europe will delivered in 3-7 business days.

 

Royal Mail International packages going to Europe or countries outside of Europe - Delivery time depends on the country. 

Please note the international 'Signed For' service is not tracked.

 

UPS may charge additional fees for addresses in 'extended areas' (long distance and remote areas). Should this apply to your address we will contact you prior to shipping to advise of the additional cost. When the additional cost has been paid your order will be shipped.

 

Kristina Young Hair Additions cannot accept any liability for products lost or damaged in transit.

 

Royal Mail domestic and international options shown at the checkout will show the amount of insurance cover in GBP for each option. 

If you want to insure the contents for the full amount of your order you must select the relevant postage option.

 

UPS prices at the checkout include insurance cover for the total amount of your order in GBP.
