ORDERING & SHIPPING

 

When will I receive my order?

 

The time it takes for your order to be delivered depends on the item ordered, where the supplier is based and whether the item is in stock or on back order. Once we have received your item at Kristina Young Hair Additions HQ we can ship your order out to you in 1-2 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

 

Yes we do. We ship to all countries served by DHL.

 

If you cannot see a shipping option for your address at the checkout we can provide a shipping quote based on the delivery address, the total weight of the products you'd like to order and the total dimensions of the package.

How do I use my discount code?

 

When you reach the checkout enter your code into the discount box. The code must be entered just as it is written. Then press the 'Apply' tab. This will process the discount and the discounted price will be displayed. 

 

If your discount code isn't working please consider the following:-

 

- Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with another discount code or offer. 

- Discount codes can only be used once per customer.

- Discount codes have expiry dates.

 

If you have followed all the above correctly and your discount code still isn't working, please contact us and we will investigate and get back to you. 

 

Will I need to pay customs duties for my parcel?

 

We cannot estimate customs and import duties relevant to countries outside of the New Zealand. If an import duty/tax is to be paid before your customs authorities release the goods to you, it is your responsibility to pay this. Kristina Young Hair Additions cannot be held responsible for customs charges or any delays due to payment not being made in your country.

 

Which methods of payment do you accept?

 

We accept PayPal, bank transfer and Wise payments.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Can I get a part refund if the price of my item has changed since I ordered it?

 

Our prices can change due to demand, promotions and sales. The price paid when the item is ordered is the final price and cannot be changed later.

CHOOSING A WIG

 

Which is the right cap size for me?

 

Petite/Small wig cap sizes have a circumference of 20-21.25 inches.

 

Average/Medium wig cap sizes have a circumference of 21.25-22.5 inches.

 

Large wig cap sizes have a circumference of 22.5-24 inches. 

 

The exact wig circumference can vary slightly between styles, even when from the same brand.

Which is the right cap construction for me?

 

Wigs have various features which give the wearer choice and adaptability depending on their particular needs.

CHOOSING A TOPPER

 

Are toppers the same as wigs?

 

No. Toppers cover only a specific area on the top of head to add volume, integrating with your own 'bio' hair, while a wig provides full head coverage. 

What is the right topper size for me?

 

Determine the area that needs coverage.

 

Record your measurements:-

 

Start and stop your measurements in an area with a sufficient amount of hair. What’s most crucial is that the area you’re clipping to can support the weight of the hair system to avoid causing hair loss to your biological hair.

 

Once you’ve established the area that needs coverage, first measure from front-to-back, then side-to-side.

 

Write down the measurements. Make sure to add 1” to each measurement to ensure clips have a sufficient amount of hair to attach to outside the area of hair loss.

 

If you don’t have enough hair to clip where the clips are attach, this is a likely indicator a larger base size option would be more suitable.

Different hair and fibre types offer the wearer flexibility and options that will meet their requirements.
