When will I receive my order?

Do you ship internationally?

 

Yes we do! 

 

We ship to all countries served by UPS. 

 

Our online store has some pre-set prices for shipments going to countries outside of the U.K. If you cannot see a shipping option for your address at the checkout we can offer a shipping quote based on the delivery address, the total weight of the products you'd like to order and the total dimensions of the package.

 

If you wish to make your own courier arrangements please contact us to discuss your requirements.

How do I use my discount code?

 

When you reach the checkout enter your code into the discount box. The code must be entered just as it is written. Then press the 'Apply' tab. This will process the discount and the discounted price will be displayed. 

 

 

If your discount code isn't working please consider the following:-

 

- Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with another discount code or offer. 

- Discount codes can only be used once per customer.

- Discount codes have expiry dates.

 

If you have followed all the above correctly and your discount code still isn't working, please contact us and a member of our team will investigate and get back to you. 

 

 

Will I need to pay customs duties for my parcel?

 

We cannot estimate customs and import duties relevant to countries outside of the UK. If an import duty/tax is to be paid before your customs authorities release the goods to you, it is your responsibility to pay this. Kristina Young Hair Additions cannot be held responsible for customs charges or any delays due to payment not being made in your country.

 

 

Which methods of payment do you accept?

 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, AMEX, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

 

Card payments are processed through the Stripe payments platform. 

 

We also offer Klarna installment payments (subject to approval by Klarna).

 

 

Can I cancel my order?

Can I get a part refund if the price of my item has changed since I ordered it?

 

Our prices can change due to demand, promotions and sales. The price paid when the item is ordered is the final price and cannot be changed later.
